This building is a mix destination (store – apartments) within its structure. There are 88 apartments in 9000m2 and 1100m2 shops, coffee, restaurants etc., also minus four underground floors with 4300m2 parking for cars. It is located in Mati 1 in Prishtina in the street C.
The structure is divided into vertical fragments, extending continuously along its plot of the situation, which creates compactness and structural integrity. The scaling of the structure is imposed by the terrain configuration itself, thus creating a proportional hierarchy in volume. The building during the design has a monumental approach and is perceived as such.
The dynamics of the composition of the façade is balanced through the color, which alone contains the phenomenon of dualism between stillness and movement. Harmony is important element in art in general, especially in the fine arts.
