The Scenic nature of the Sharr mountains, located in most great suitable place for tourism in the Republic of Kosovo, imposed to harmonize with nature the project for “Hotel Kaona”.
The project was first designed it to be a residential house, but circumstances have brought the client to change the destination, by turning it into mountain Hotel.
Changes tat were made in the context of space an architectural design are radical, so the structure’s appropriate for the intended shape of the mountain hotel.
It was Aproximately 400 m2 in the initial project. After some studies our studio have managed the space, increasing it on 3000m2, with rich functional content.
From the composition of the structure, we can understand the inspiration of creativity from the cultural harmony, in this way trying to integrate the contemporary components in domestic architecture.

The stone which was used in this building was evident and important in architecture of Kosovo from the time of the Pelasgians.
The whole stone of the façade is taken from the nearby district of Brezovica.
